Make buying easy
Paid’s mission is to make it easy for big companies to buy from small businesses.
We are building the next-generation procurement automation platform which turns the procurement functions into a profit centre. Our platform revolutionises the purchasing process by living at the intersection between buyers and suppliers:
We help large enterprises to find value by accessing the innovation of smaller suppliers in a seamless way - increasing efficiency and reducing cost.
At the same time, we enable smaller suppliers to interact with their customers with an enterprise grade platform, streamlining the process from order to faster payment.
Cost savings for buyers, faster payments for suppliers - we make the process magic for both sides!
🪄✨If you’re an experienced engineer hungry for a challenge, who is looking to join a first-class growing product and development team, this could be the opportunity for you!

Here at Paid, we’re building a product which is going to be used by millions of people worldwide and impact their lives for the better, and our engineering team consists of many years experience building high availability and scaled systems.
We believe that it is important that an engineer can own a feature from start to finish, we do not hand off between data, back end, front end teams. We believe that this is inefficient and slows down progress and also removes accountability for delivery.
We believe we are building the best engineering team and practises for a startup. Years of experience are not the defining factor for us but in general we would expect at least 2-3 years of practical experience.
We run an agile process, with documentation for large features and are bringing in a 90 day UX program. Communication is regular between the product, UX and engineering teams and special calls are arranged to go deep on product topics.
